It's been a big day in town today for the home football team, the colts have fired Jim Caldwell. I’m not sure where they should go from here nor am I claiming to be an expert, but for all of you OSU fans please not Tressell. As we talked about it in the office today, historically coaches moving from college to the pros have not done so well. I know Jim Harbaugh came out this year and is doing great, but I believe he was more of an NFL coach that was in college at first. I mean he at least played a major role as a team leader when he played in the NFL as a quarterback.
Tonight being Tuesday there are some major college basketball games on, including a huge BIG 10 matchup with Michigan vs. Michigan St. Also Purdue plays Iowa, and IU doesn’t continue action until tomorrow night.
I’ve been calling some volleyball teams today, and there seems to be a lot of interested people! So, make sure you sign up before the slots fill up. I wouldn’t want you to miss out on the fun this year during league play. Softball signups are underway as well, so make sure you don’t miss out on any of that excitement either.
